Providing the item ordered is in stock, we always endeavor to get our orders out the next day via Courier within New Zealand. If you wish to utilise a different freighting method please advise and we are happy to accommodate your wishes. If an additional cost is incurred then this will be passed onto you as the purchaser.

If you receive a package that looks damaged please contact us immediately and do not open the package. Once the package is opened we have no recourse on the courier so if you open a damaged package, you do so accepting the goods inside in their current state.
For International orders please note that we are unable to send any product that includes a Lithium Polymer battery due to air freight restrictions. These purchases will be made without the battery.

RETURNS POLICY
All products sold by Chrissy's RC World (with the exception of batteries due to their nature of use) include the full manufacturers 3 month warranty. Warranty does not cover any damage caused through normal wear and tear. Models are susceptible to damage through use, which includes heavy landings and repairs are not covered by warranty. Return freight is at customer's expense. You must contact us by telephone or Mail/Email before returning any defective product explaining what the problem is. In general coverage is limited to defects in materials and/or workmanship which are apparent on inspection or during initial use.

BACKORDERS
If you place an order for an item that is out of stock you will be contacted and asked to confirm that you wish to place the item on backorder. If known an ETA will be given.
Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in NZ dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
